Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Express Shipping (within Australia): 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Click & Collect / Market Pickup (optional)
If you’d like to pick up your order from our stall at the Eumundi Markets, please select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll confirm details via email.
