Shipping Policy

At Kiddo and Kin, we strive to make sure your order reaches you safely, promptly, and sustainably. Please read through our shipping guidelines below to know exactly what to expect.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Flat rate: $10 AUD across Australia.

    • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD.

  • Local Sunshine Coast Delivery:

    • Complimentary for Sunshine Coast residents.

    • Delivered directly to your doorstep—choose this option at checkout.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Available for select locations for an additional cost.

    • Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Local Pickup at Eumundi Markets:

    • Pickup is available at Eumundi Markets, 80 Memorial Drive, Eumundi QLD 4562.

    • Market days: Wednesdays & Saturdays, 7:30am–2:00pm.

    • Select this option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom or handmade items may take up to 5 business days to prepare.

  • Orders are only processed on business days (Monday–Friday); weekends and public holidays are not counted.

Shipping Locations

  • Australia Only: We currently ship within Australia.

  • Local Pickup: Available for Sunshine Coast customers via home delivery or Eumundi Markets pickup.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours; after that, items may already be packed or dispatched.

Packaging & Sustainability

We are committed to sustainability:

  • All packaging is eco-friendly and minimal to reduce environmental impact.

  • Items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Use the tracking link to check the progress of your delivery.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us immediately, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it.
